Pattern pieces all present and in great condition.
Instruction sheet intact although it is tearing at the folds.
Envelope in pretty good condition, a few tears- see photos.
All paper has yellowed from age.
The envelope and instruction sheet are a bit brittle.
There are a couple of pieces of tape on the instruction sheet.
There is NO tape on the pattern itself or on the envelope.
Orignial pattern, not a copy.
